Award
The OECC/PSC 2025 will present Best Paper Awards and Best Student Paper Awards.
For each paper category (scope), one Best Paper Award and one Best Student Paper Award will be selected from the papers submitted to the OECC/PSC 2025. Winners will be chosen by the Technical Program Committee.
Eligibility for the Best Student Paper Award
If you meet the eligibility criteria below, please indicate your interest in being considered for the Best Student Paper Award. Candidates must submit a copy of their student ID with a face photo. Award winners will be announced and presented with their awards during the conference.
- Eligibility criteria:

- The first author must be a full-time graduate or undergraduate student, 35 years old or younger as of the date of paper submission.
- The student author must apply by ticking the appropriate box on the online paper submission form.
- The student author must be registered for the conference.
- The student author must be the presenter of their work at the conference.

- No financial assistance will be provided by the conference organizers for conference registration, transportation, or accommodation.
- Postdeadline Papers are not eligible for these awards.
