Citizens of certain countries are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. Please check the following website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA) to know if you need to obtain a visa and the visa application procedures.

Conditions for eligibility for visa support
Please note that visa support is only available to those who meet the following condition:
- - Presenters
- - Co-authors of the presenters
- - Presiders
- - OECC/PSC Committee members
- - Invited guests
In case of any assistance of visa support, the advance registration with full payment is required.
Number of days of stay to be supported
A maximum of 10 days, including 2 days for arrival and departure and the period of the OECC/PSC 2025 (5 days).
How to apply visa support
To obtain visa support documents from the OECC/PSC 2025, please submit the following documents to the Visa Support Office by June 2, 2025.
- - Visa Support Application Form
- - A copy of your passport
- * The application form will be available from April 1, 2025, and can be downloaded from the "Visa Support Application Form" button on the main menu of your registered account after your registration is completed.
- * The visa support documents will be sent you from late April.
Important Notes
- * When you are sending us a copy of your passport, please be sure the following points.
- - A copy of the page with the photo is uploaded.
- - Your passport is valid.
- - Passport must be of the nationality indicated on the visa support application.
- - It must be protected by the same password as the visa support application form.
- * If you are unable to obtain a visa and cancel your conference registration, the OECC/PSC 2025 cancellation policy will still apply.
- * The organizing committee of OECC/PSC 2025 will issue visa support documents, but this does not guarantee that you will receive a visa.
- * If you need an Invitation Letter to submit to your organization, please contact the Visa Support Office. This Invitation Letter is NOT for visa support.
